Why I Built Impact Over Fame

I didn't build Impact Over Fame because I wanted to become a speaker.

I built it because I kept asking the same question: Why do people know what's right... but still struggle to do it?

For years, I worked with children in early childhood classrooms. Every day I saw behaviors that traditional strategies couldn't fully explain.

Some children shut down.

Some acted out.

Some believed they weren't capable before they ever had the chance to succeed.

The more I observed, the more I realized something. Behavior was never telling the whole story. Every behavior was connected to something deeper — a belief a child carried about themselves.

"How do I stop this behavior?"

"What does this child believe about themselves that makes this behavior make sense?"

That question became the foundation of everything we do. Today, through professional development workshops, student experiences, and practical frameworks, Impact Over Fame equips educators to look beneath behavior and recognize the identity shaping it.

Because when we change what a child believes about themselves... we don't just change today's behavior. We change what's possible for their future.
