About Louis Birks; Founder
Louis Birks is an educator, youth mentor, and creative entrepreneur committed to helping the next generation build identity, discipline, and purpose. With professional experience across early childhood, middle school, and high school environments, Louis has a proven ability to connect with students, young adults, and parents from all backgrounds.
As the founder of Impact Over Fame (IOF), Louis blends faith, personal development, and modern psychology to teach young people how to build character, develop resilience, and unlock their God-given potential. His work bridges the gap between education, mental health, and personal growth, making his approach both relatable and transformative.
Louis has taught and served in multiple schools and youth programs across Stamford, CT, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges young people face today—identity confusion, lack of discipline, inconsistent habits, and pressure from online culture. IOF exists to solve those problems at the root.
